We provide emergency plumbing services across the UK, including but not limited to:
- Emergency pipe repairs and replacements
- Blocked drain clearing
- Leak detection and repair
- Toilet, faucet, and water heater repairs
- Emergency plumbing assistance during water damage or flooding
- Booking and Payment
- Booking: Services can be booked via phone, our website, or through our mobile app. A confirmation will be provided when your booking is confirmed.
- Fees: The fees for our services will be quoted to you at the time of booking and will include all necessary charges (including parts, labour, and emergency rates, if applicable). A breakdown of the charges will be provided before the service is performed.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the services. We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations.
- Missed Appointments: If you fail to be present at the agreed appointment time without prior notice, a missed appointment fee may be charged.
- Liability
- Service Quality: We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from our work (including any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or issues outside of our control).
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability for direct damages resulting from our work will be limited to the value of the services provided. We do not accept responsibility for any loss of income, business interruption, or consequential damage unless caused by negligence.

- Access to Property: You must ensure that we have access to the property at the scheduled time and that it is safe for us to carry out the work.

- Warranty and Guarantees
- We offer a 1 month warranty on the workmanship of our plumbing services. This warranty covers any defects in the work we perform but does not cover damage resulting from misuse or external factors beyond our control.
